At Wilmore-Richter American Legion Post 161, we are dedicated to serving veterans and their families through a range of support services and initiatives. Our mission is to empower those who have served, ensuring they receive the resources and assistance necessary to thrive in their post-service lives.

We provide a variety of programs including counseling services, and financial literacy education. Our network of volunteers, many of whom are veterans themselves, offer personalized support and guidance tailored to the unique needs of each individual and family.

In addition to direct services, we advocate for veterans' rights and work to raise awareness about the challenges they face. Our goal is to foster a strong community where veterans can connect with one another, share their experiences, and access the help they need to navigate their transition to civilian life.
